I am a broadly-trained microbial, behavioral, and evolutionary ecologist with interests in the hologenome concept of evolution, evaluating and managing symbiotic microbial influences on human health and disease, especially in the context of perinatal medicine, and elucidating the contributions of symbiotic microbes to animal behavior.
